Waste water

FVP-F-G

Vacuum pump to exhaust gas, air and steam. Pump free of flat clearance surfaces, extensive insensitive to solid components of the service liquid. By this the pump is specially suited for priming units of pumping plants equipped with centrifugal pumps. By means of the self-controlled outlet valve the pump is automatically adjusted to variable pressure conditions.

SSV

Fully automatic level-controlled compact priming system for the evacuation of single or several centrifugal pumps, especially in pump stations for the pumping of heavily contaminated pump- ing media such as e.g. untreated sewages, sludge, sinter water a.s.o.. Also used for the evacuation of siphon pipes.

TSV

Fully automatic level-controlled compact priming system for the evacuation of single or several centrifugal pumps, especially in pump stations for the pumping of heavily contaminated pumping media such as e.g. untreated sewages, sludge, sinter water a.s.o.. Also used for the evacuation of siphon pipes.

SSV-KE

TDES

Pressure controlled central vacuum unit for permanent evacuation of centrifugal pumps for the delivery of clean or slightly contaminated fluid. The pressure control enables the unit to be connected with pumps, working under different suction conditions.

TDV

Fully automatic central vacuum unit, pressure controlled designed for permanent evacuation of several centrifugal pumps or siphon pipes handling clean to slightly contaminated liquids. The pressure control enables systems with different suction levels to be connected. Each suction point is linked to the vacuum collection line via gas discharge valves.

AELG-S

Level controlled automatic priming unit for pre- and re-evacuation of individual or several centrifugal pumps.

AELG-S-EX

Level controlled priming unit for effective pre- and re-evacuation of centrifugal pumps used in hazardous explosive area, e.g. on board ships. Pump start signal when pre- evacuation is completed. Effective re-evacuation due to separate installation in front of the centrifugal pump and level controlled evacuation independent from pump discharge pressure.

AELH

Autoseparator for evacuation of centrifugal pumps pumping clean or slightly contaminated fluids. The system is specially used in case of heavily gasing media, media having considerable air and gas inclusions, as well as for evacuation of suction lines with relative peak points.

AELZ

Fully automatic central vacuum unit, pressure controlled, designed for permanent evacuation of several centrifugal pumps handling clean to slightly contaminated liquids. The pressure control enables systems with different suction levels to be connected.

VCP

2-step de- and aeration valve for sewage water pump discharge pipes. Due to a free suspended floater and dispense with lever, joints and pivot the valve is insensitive against solid and sedimentation.

GLA

Automatic discharge of air or gas from centrifugal pumps and suction systems to a central vacuum unit, e.g. vatec-Type TDV, TDES or AELZ.

GHE/SHE

Level-controlled gas discharge valve for automatic discharge of air or gas from siphon pipes via a pressure-controlled central vacuum unit, e.g. vatec-central vacuum unit type TDV.

SPE/SPQ

Separator for evacuation of centrifugal pumps pumping clean or slightly contaminated fluids. The system is specially used in case of heavily gassing media (e.g. gasoline), media having considerable air and gas inclusions, as well as for evacuation of suction lines with relative peak points.

SDS/SDF

Inlet nozzle for pump suction pipes.

HDDZ

Automatic vacuum system for central evacuation of several pump delivery side siphon pipes in water treatment or sewage plants. This set-up allows a friction start-up of the feed pump an prevents constriction of the pressure (hydraulic) main by automatically diverting the build-up of air or gas in the high point.

HSDZ

Automatic vacuum system for central evacuation of several siphon pipes and/or centrifugal pumps.
