Priming systems with compressed air ejectors

The selection of suitable priming systems for evacuating centrifugal pumps depends on whether they have to be evacuated only before or also during pump operation. Re-evacuation during pump operation is necessary in the event of outgassing, air-drawing vortices at the suction pipe inlet and leaks in the priming system. Compressed air ejectors work depending on the specific weight of the medium and are therefore suitable in most cases for evacuations before the centrifugal pumps start. Complete systems with float chambers for separating the air-water phase also enable effective re-evacuation during pump operation.

Central vacuum unit

AELZ

Fully automatic central vacuum unit, pressure controlled, designed for permanent evacuation of several centrifugal pumps handling clean to slightly contaminated liquids. The pressure control enables systems with different suction levels to be connected.

ALES

Fully automatic central vacuum unit designed for level- controlled, permanent evacuation of several centrifugal pump units handling clean to lightly contaminated liquids. It is essen- tial that the centrifugal pumps have to operate on the same suction level.

Level controlled

AELG

Level controlled automatic priming unit for pre- and re-evacuation of individual or several centrifugal pumps.

AELG-EX

Level controlled priming unit for effective pre- and re-evacuation of centrifugal pumps used in hazardous explosive area, e.g. on board ships. Pump start signal when pre-evacuation is completed. Effective re-evacuation due to separate installation in front of the centrifugal pump and level controlled evacuation independent from pump discharge pressure.

AELG-S

Level controlled automatic priming unit for pre- and re-evacuation of individual or several centrifugal pumps.

AELG-S-EX

Level controlled priming unit for effective pre- and re-evacuation of centrifugal pumps used in hazardous explosive area, e.g. on board ships. Pump start signal when pre- evacuation is completed. Effective re-evacuation due to separate installation in front of the centrifugal pump and level controlled evacuation independent from pump discharge pressure.

AELH

Autoseparator for evacuation of centrifugal pumps pumping clean or slightly contaminated fluids. The system is specially used in case of heavily gasing media, media having considerable air and gas inclusions, as well as for evacuation of suction lines with relative peak points.

AELK

Automatic aspirator for evacuation of centrifugal pumps. Special design for chemical aggressive pumping media.

AELL

Level-controlled automatic priming unit for pre- and re- evacuation of single centrifugal pumps, e.g. on submarines.

Pressure controlled

AELC

Automatic aspirator designed for the priming of centrifugal pumps where dry running is not admissible.

AELC-EX

Pressure controlled priming unit for evacuation of centrifugal pumps used in hazardous explosive area, e.g. on board ships. Pump start signal when pre-evacuation is completed. Improved re-evacuation after break of pump delivery during pump operation due to separate installation in front of the centrifugal pump.

AELC-Q

Automatic aspirator for evacuation of centrifugal pumps pumping clean or slightly contaminated fluids. Special design for service in explosive area.

AELD

Automatic aspirator designed for centrifugal pumps where dry running is admissible for short periods of time.

AELD-EX

Pressure controlled priming unit for evacuation of centrifugal pumps used in hazardous explosive area, e.g. on board ships. Re-evacuation after break of pump delivery during pump operation.

AELE

Automatic aspirator designed for the priming of centrifugal pumps where dry running is not admissible.

AELE-EX

Pressure controlled priming unit for evacuation of centrifugal pumps used in hazardous explosive area, e.g. on board ships. Pump start signal when pre-evacuation is completed. Re- evacuation after break of pump delivery during pump operation.

AELP

Automatic aspirator designed for centrifugal pumps where dry running is admissible for short periods of time.
