AX
Filling system for the automatic supply of glue machines with pourable granulate. The system can also be used for other pourable media.
CU-H
Manual cover unit is a component of symelt ́s automatic filling system. It can be used for granulates at temperatures up to 80°C.
CU-S
The cover unit is a component of symelt ́s automatic filling system. The cover unit ́s closing function avoids constant loss of heat from the tank of the connected hot-setting adhesive machine.
DSY 150
The Dispersion Surface Application System DSY-150 applies glue to paper webs with a fixed width of up to140mm. Other fixed widths are possible by exchange the width slot nozzle. Two different dispersion glues can be applied to a paper web, divided into inner and outer gluing. An inferior glue can be used for the inner surface and a higher quality glue for the edges.
DSY-V
The Dispersion Surface Application System DSY-V applies glue to paper webs with a variable width of up to 140mm. The width is adjusted by fully variable adjustment of the wide slot nozzle. Two different dispersion glues can be applied to a paper web, divided into inner and outer gluing. An inferior glue can be used for the inner surface and a higher quality glue for the edges.
QX
Filling system BIG MASTER QX for the automatic supply of maximum 10 serially connected glue machines pourable granulate. The system can also be used for other pourable media.
SH
The shunt is a component of symelt ́s automatic filling system, e.g., the SX, QX or VX type. Its special construction prevents thegranulate from sticking during transport and it minimizes the losses caused by movement.
SX
Filling system for the automatic supply of 1 to maximum 6 glue machines with pourable granulate. The system can also be used for other pourable media.
VX
Filling system BIG MASTER VX for the automatic supply of maximum 20 glue machines pourable granulate (Connection of further glue machines on request). The VX can be supplied with max. 4 pressure chambers and therefore four lines. At each pressure chamber max. 10 glue machines can be connected serially (total max. 20). The system can also be used for other pourable media.
